Hotel Pyramida

Понравилось: People, breakfast

Не понравилось: Bed

Понравилось: I really liked the fact that the personel was so helpful and nice. The reception works 24h/7. There was a lift in the building and I did not have to carry my luggage all by myself (my room was on the fourth floor). I was allowed to park my car on a free parking spot in the internal patio of the building.

Не понравилось: The breakfasts are rather dull and coffee is terrible. My room was furniture was really old and worn, the same applies to the bathroom. It was rather cold at night but I managed to deal with that with extra beddings found in the wardrobe.

Понравилось: The Matrasses were really comfortable.

Не понравилось: The housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom during the whole week of my stay, and since the bathroom floor was already sticky when I arrived, I'm certain they didn't even clean the bathroom before my arrival. I walked in the bathroom with street shoes because I was disgusted by the bathroom and didn't want to walk there barefoot. I stepped by accident on the towel and left a foot print on it. I than left it on the floor to be exchanged. When I came back after work, the towel was hung on a hook with the same visable footprint of my shoes on it. This is really disgusting and I am never going to set another foot in this hotel ever again.

Понравилось: Cheap. Warm. Despite the fact that everything is very old it was quite cosy. Good breakfast.

Не понравилось: No cold water in the tap and in the shower. No kettle in the room.

Понравилось: the breakfast was fabulous!!! lots of food and good quality! the staff were friendly too!!

Не понравилось: the beds were super uncomfortable! very hard, could feel the wood through the mattress. this was in an economy room!
