Понравилось: The staff was kind. They helped me by storing my scargots in the fridge to keep them well. They also speak English, French and make they effort to speak Spanish. Then, they want to help you, and that's not always the case in Paris. Really loved the chocolate "a l'ancienne" they serve in their restaurant. Special thanks to Raouf.

Не понравилось: The room was not illuminated enough, possibly because of colour of the ceiling in my room (I'd suggest it to turn it white as usual). But this it is not a problem if you plan to stay out most of the day.

Понравилось: Excellent location based right off Rue Passy, ideally situated for both work and sightseeing. Room size great and air conditioning a bonus for Paris in July. Restaurant / brasserie excellent for lunch and dinner

Не понравилось: Arrived Sunday evening which meant no one on reception and had to go into bar / restaurant to get someone to check in. Had booked for a twin room as was travelling with teenage daughter but room was made up as a "double", explained at bar but no one able top assist so had to rearrange / reorganise room myself and also no second set of covers / cases. Explained a number of times but throughout our 3 night stay never did get bed linen. I don't think the room was ever properly cleaned during our stay and definitely no change of towels.

Понравилось: The location was good, very nice area, although I don't like this area because it is too classy. I had to stay there for work.

Не понравилось: The wifi was not working well. The smell in the room from the kitchen of downstairs restaurant was horrible. The AC was not working the first night. The breakfast is served at the restaurant downstairs. The staff in the restaurant was not that welcoming, better in the morning that at night. The staff at night were very rude.
