Понравилось: Lovely staff, clean rooms, excellent location, soundproof windows!

Не понравилось: The bathroom was a slightly bizarre shape and there wasn’t any option of aircon, but fine as we were travelling in October - not sure it would be the best place to stay in the summer months.

Не понравилось: They put us to a small room at the first stairs. When the time come to 8 a.m., it is impossible to sleep because of the noises for the breakfast. You can just turn around yourself at the bed and listen too much noises coming from plates forks spoons, also too much talking with the loud or something. That was very bad experience.

Понравилось: The room was very small and nothing like the rooms shown on the website, therefore the room was very disappointing. The hotel itself is very tired looking and in need of a facelift, however the the staff were very helpful

Понравилось: The hotel room appeared clean and then I had an awful shock in the morning when I found a silver fish on the bed on my pillow. It ruined the experience for me slightly. The staff were excellent though and very friendly and helpful though so it's a shame that it happened.

Не понравилось: Cleanliness, the hotel room wasn't as clean as believed and i was also charged on arrival although I booked and paid in advance.
