Hôtel du Prince Eugène

Понравилось: This hotel has a lot going for it, location, excellent public transport, cleanliness, good staff and is close to becoming my hotel of choice in Paris bu it has 1 fatal flaw.

Не понравилось: The sound insulation between the rooms is very poor. When people in the adjoining rooms are talking in a normal voice you can hear every word. This is very odd because the double glazing is very good quality and there is a minimum of street noise. If your neighbours are up late watching television or just talking, you will not be pleased unless you fall asleep very quickly. This could be fixed quickly and inexpensively.

Понравилось: cosy, charming, nicely localized in a lively, but nosy, neighborhood

Не понравилось: a detail, but since I am being asked: some fresh « pain aux cereals » or something like that. otherwise breakfast was absolutely fine

Понравилось: Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, etc available.

Не понравилось: Room being in the eaves was a bit warm, especially with window closed to cut out traffic noise.

Понравилось: friendly staff, cleanless

Понравилось: Our room was very clean, we had all the equipments that we needed (kettle, complementary coffee and tea, towels etc). Personnel was very kind and helpful.

Не понравилось: we could hear the guests next door. rooms small but comfortable.
