Не понравилось: cleanliness and also the alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason for two days

Понравилось: The location is good, a few minutes on foot to the metro station Passy and is very near to the Effiel tower. The room was clean. There are many good restaurants nearby.

Не понравилось: 1. The bathroom sink is too badly designed! The faucet of the sink is toooo close to the sink base, I could hardly put any towel to get the water without touching the sink base. 2. The staff is not professionally trained in my opinion. When I asked one of them to recommend some good restaurants to me, he gave me a name. However when I checked on Google, the score of that resto is only 3.8 (the name is le coq or sth similar) and comments were so so, while there are many better restos with much higher score nearby. So I guess that restaurant has paid the hotel to get some customers. And one morning when I extended my stay in the hotel and renewed my room card at the counter, another staff charged me first and then put me to wait for the rest of the process, because some other customers were coming to the counter to check out (but they arrived at the counter much later than I did!). These two issues have left me very bad impression on the hotel, as the price of the hotel is not cheap at all and it has 4 stars.

Понравилось: Beautifully designed rooms. Didn’t feel the staff were interested in us. Came back at 10pm to find the doors locked and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to appear, after another guest called. My room there were various things wrong but not that affected my comfort (mirror light kept flickering but was linked to other room lights so had to be on, dodgy socket etc) Breakfast was extraordinarily expensive so we just went to a local cafe round the corner. Rooms beautiful and clean (deluxe double). Wheelchair users beware there is a ramp into the hotel which is a ramp for half and a small step for half but it is there. Grab rails at toilet in the bathroom and stool under the shower.

Не понравилось: Staff attention, they were always helpful,but in no way did we feel special or appreciated as guests. Small thing but I didn’t like that they changed the towels daily when a lot of hotels save the planet by asking us to re use our towel. The maintenance in the room cou led have been better. The ramp for access, is only a true ramp for half of it.

Понравилось: it was a minute walk from the Eiffel tower

Не понравилось: the room is very small, staff were not very friendly. the fire alarm went off at 2 am and the staff were very unapologetic about it
