Понравилось: the location seems central to things.

Не понравилось: Construction started at 7am and when I asked the main desk if they were doing any construction they said no. I said do you know anywhere in the building or streets and they didn’t. Instead of taking the time to hear me out he just rushed me off the phone.

Понравилось: nothing

Не понравилось: gave me a room right outside the reception couldn’t even sleep because of the noise complete waste of money nothing was done about it after complaining 3 times the room had a really weird smell adding that to it.

Понравилось: Staff were amazing and so kind , provided us with details on how to use the metro and bus system . The location was amazing and very confident for public transport and also walking if you felt up to it . My partner and I waked to the Effiel tour and it took us 45/50 mins for reference

Не понравилось: There was construction outside of our hotel so a little noisy but not the hotels fault . And the bathroom was a little small but nothing inconvenient.

Понравилось: Great location, neat the train station and great stores

Не понравилось: Breakfast on Sunday morning was very busy and the service staff was overwhelmed
