Понравилось: The location is fabulous & if you get Deluxe Double, it is very comfortable & roomy. William at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate minor issues. He made my stay wonderful.

Не понравилось: The housekeeping was unreliable. They only replaced coffee when asked & just forget trying to get sugar or cream. Or bathroom amenities. It is as if you are only entitled to those things upon check-in only. I even left €10 tip with a note in french (I was only consuming some of what was there). No luck. You have to personally hunt down personnel to replenish supplies. Broken faucet fixed on 4th or 5th day. Staff is really fantastic or indifferent & they work on different shifts so good luck. I have stayed here for many years & the first 2 or 3 years, got a little note with a little souvenir to thank me for returning. They had me registered with an old passport number from years ago so they must be aware of that. I really appreciated those little touches of the past. Perhaps Covid created more challenges. Overall, recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Понравилось: Breakfast was good but more expensive than close by cafe’s. I only ate at the hotel one time.
