Понравилось: The riad is beautiful. The guy that serves you the mint tea and the woman from the reception are very kind. The administration of the hotel is a bit unsensitive with solo travelers. I would recommend them to be more flexible, especially when the solo travel is a woman.

Не понравилось: I am allergic to spices and have food sensitivity, and they would not want to do a cheese sandwich or other thing simple for me for dinner, and told me to go have dinner outside the riad if I did not like their menu. That is not something you say to a solo traveler who is a woman. That night I went to sleep without eating.

Понравилось: Beautiful property. Nice employees.

Не понравилось: There was no fruits for breakfast. Property sent me an email offering me the transfer from the airport for 150dh(which you get it by 100 directly with the taxi driver). At check out, the lady at the reception asked me 200dh saying that the prices have changed from 1st November.

Понравилось: Very small, intimate and authentic. Feels like you are home and the staff are so helpful. Highly recommend

Не понравилось: the location isn’t central so you have to get a cab everywhere

Понравилось: I loved the architecture, design and staff was above and beyond.

Не понравилось: Property was great. I need the administrator needs to invest in: comfortable mattresses, mosquito repeler for rooms, since I couldn’t sleep either of the nights, and finally better sheets and towels. The towels we used had a weird smell.

Понравилось: I just got back from Morocco, I choose this Riad for my week long stay in Marrakesh due to the favorable reviews on various sites, I have to agree with many of the other reviews regarding the location which is a bit of a walk would say 20mins to Jemma El Fna feels even longer when its hot outside which it was in the first week of Oct, however once your in the Riad its bliss, very quite and peaceful, I stayed in room 3 which was a superiors suite lots of space, but please be aware like others have said this is not a hotel so please do your own research. The staff are friendly but one person stood out for me was Mostafa who always went out of his way to assist and help, the other person is the nice gentleman who serves breakfast i didn't get his name but he was really accommodating when ever i wanted any help was happy to help out or get me something i wanted. You can also have dinner there i only had it once it but it was worth it considering i had not been too keen on the traditional food outside of the Riad, the courtyard is lovely with a small pool which you can use. Overall it was a nice peaceful stay I would recommend it to someone who is looking for quite and away from the busy streets....night time if your alone its quite intimidating to walk on your own but if your with someone its a nice walk to and from Bahia Place which is about 8/10min walk away.

Не понравилось: As i had mentioned this is not a hotel so should not be compared to one, the down side is that there are things you wont find such as a iron they didn't have one spare to use which annoyed me a bit as my clothiers got wringed in the suitcase, the Wi-Fi is available is very slow and constantly buffers so makes it hard to get any information or if you wanted to watch something, there is no TV's in any room and also no Tea/coffee making facilities which caused my friend a panic attack as she is addicted to a good cuppa. So had to constantly ask for hot water and milk so could make our own tea, ((ps my friend has a number of cups per day so as you can imagine it became annoying to ask all the time ) - One evening after a long day we came back and there was a guy at reception we did not recognize we asked him for some hot water as we had been doing our whole stay there and he refused and said Kitchen closed!!! that changed my view of the staff slightly - there just seems to be a couple of bad apples working there who do not care about customer service, there is another lady who does reception duty during the day who is constantly on her phone and doesn't even bother acknowledging you and does not listen to requests, there is no consistence in the information you get from them all.
