Понравилось: Spectacular place. Very reasonable rates. Spacious well appointed rooms. Very modern bathrooms. Great pool. Restaurant is even reasonable. They even have several tours of the grounds to see animals. A fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a couple of water bottles each day. And finally. Free shuttles to nearby attractions.

Понравилось: The property was expansive with walking paths and the valley views are nice. The cleaning staff was very kind as was the restaurant staff. The breakfast was different everyday. The pools are beautiful and clean. The grounds are very pretty and mostly quiet. Just don't book a room overlooking the parking lot. They have tours that you can book from reception.

Не понравилось: The location sucks, it's far from everything. Taxi's and Ubers hate going out there. It's not "all inclusive." If you want to golf, you have to bring your own equipment, there are no rentals, and obviously, you can only use the golf carts if you're golfing, meals and drinks are not included, except breakfast. They say they have a sloth refuge, there's only one sloth, the butterfly sanctuary was locked as was the frog enclosure. The gym is tiny, has decent equipment. The layout of the property sucks and there's no god signage and reception doesn't provide a map or tell you where things are located. The management sucks, which is apparent by the lack of staffing and the amount of staff trying to figure out what they're supposed to be doing. The keys demagnetize every time we used them. The hotel staff told us to keep them away from our phones, which we did, but they continued to become demagnetized at least once if not twice each day, both key cards, so we were constantly at the front desk having our keys rekeyed.
