Hamit Hotel

Понравилось: Perfect location if you want to go sightseeing around istanbul. The hotel is in a lively neighborhood just a 2 mins walk from a tramway station, a 5 mins walk from a metro station and 10 mins walk from the havaist station (airport shuttle service). The rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are neat, the breakfast was honestly the most diverse compared to other hotels so it exceeded our expectations when it came to money value. But none of that amounts to anything when it comes to the service. Ahmat was extremely helpful with all questions we had, the whole staff is super friendly as welcoming, they even speak Arabic which was quite surprising. The experience was overall outstanding.

Понравилось: Location is good. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Communication was easy (in English).

Не понравилось: The mattress was too soft. The smell was not great, it seemed to be a residual smell of cigarette.

Понравилось: Завтрак был хорошим, был выбор. Расположение удобное. Персонал был в меру приветливым.

Понравилось: просторный номер) по крайней мере есть место ходить, не как в других отелях. завтрак очень вкусный, шведский стол, куча всего, в 5 минутах метро, не ожидала такого )) за минимальную цену
