Понравилось: Everything was nice and pleasant. The location, the conditions, and the staff attitude were all perfect! I can hardly find words to express my satisfaction. Keep up the same way!

Не понравилось: My only remark is related to the chair which was a bit low for the writing table. But it is a minor issue indeed and it did not disturb the truly excellent impression of this hotel.

Понравилось: The staff was exceptional! Very kind, helpful and informative! They gave us their contact information for permanent interaction on whatsapp, thus being very open to communication. We were initially booked at "A Plus Residence" and when we arrived there, they gave us the possibility to choose between a room from "A Plus Residence" and a room from "Limon Residence", letting us to see both of them before making the choice (both of the hotels are owned by the same owner/owners). We chose the second one, staying for 5 days. The room was very good, with good air conditioning and free wifi (with good internet speed). The housekeeper constantly took care of our room and, also, the staff helped us with our luggages. Totally recommend them!!!

Понравилось: Great value, very quiet and comfortable! The hotel is a short walk to Taksim square. The hotel was very clean and the cleaners went above and beyond to fold clothes/ tidy up room during their visits.

Понравилось: the staff were too friendly and supportive

Не понравилось: the room was too narrow for a family of 3 members, not clean as should be, and towels were changed based on our request and not on a daily basis, the neighborhood is terrible.

Не понравилось: Dirty room, no room service rude staff (daytime) trying to scam me to pay 8€ everyday unntil i leave because "prices changed" even though everything was prepaid. Showed him the prices are the same on Booking.com and he claimed booking is wrong. Should be removed from booking.com and save people from having miserable experiences
