Silver Cloud Hotel Broadway

Понравилось: Love the burgers

Не понравилось: N/A

Понравилось: location. I stayed once at this property and it was a great experience. it has deteriorated in the last 2 years

Не понравилось: wind noise in bedroom, windows seemed to be the problem. bed was worn and pillows were lumpy and very, very, uncomfortable, I asked for softer and not lumpy pillows and the response I received was, “they’re all the ssme”.

Понравилось: room setting and comfortable bed

Не понравилось: need a close up mirror in bathroom.

Понравилось: The check in process was seamless. They have parking, albeit expensive, but it was a great facility. The room was great and the bed was super comfy!

Не понравилось: At 3am in the morning we had someone trying to get into our room. They were trying for about 10 minutes. I think they were drunk because the person they were with was screaming. We couldn't get back to sleep afterwards until much later on. Then at 9am housekeeping entered the room while we were asleep. Although this isn't in the hotels control it was an uneasy experience.

Понравилось: Nice rooms

Не понравилось: Hotel used by people who are having surgery at Virginia Mason or Swedish they could be more accommodating to people who are going through that situation
