Не понравилось: bathtub is a true hazard because it’s built/shape like a canoe….husband and I almost slipped and fell twice

Не понравилось: I had multiple issues during my stay here this time which is very upsetting because we frequently visit this hotel when we come into town. For start when we checked in we specifically asked for our card not be be ran (only be used for the the incidental hold which is standard for any hotel) we wanted to pay fully in cash. The lady that was assisting our check in assured us it would not be ran and insisted we did not have to pay until we checked out. Even after I offered and insisted on paying upon check in with cash as I wanted to make sure my card would not be charged and to just get it out of the way as I have never paid at checkout in previous visits to this hotel or any other. We were still assured and even told that we could not pay until checkout. Reluctantly we accepted that she could not do it. After all of that my card was still run multiple times, which not only tried to overdraw my account but also caused my bank to put a larger amount of money on hold. This in turn created problems with paying bills with auto withdraw causing us to have to jump through hoops to get our bills paid on time while we were vacationing. The front desk stopped my husband the next day and told him our card was declining to which my husband explained what we were told and paid in cash for the room. I then realized the money being on hold in my account and went downstairs to talk to the front desk to let them know. I was told there was nothing they could do until the manager came the next day. That was the last we heard of anything until we checked out and I then brought it back up to the front desk. I was then told she basically couldn’t do anything and given a mangers number. Second, we were told only upon check in that the pool was closed and would be through the weekend We we’re very bummed but it was even worse when we saw guest in the pool a couple of days later. Third, in room 314 the door was broken and elm did not cool down . Last I tried to contact a manager with no answ

Не понравилось: Room was not as reserved. Staff couldn’t or wouldn’t fix error? Said I had booked with someone else. Not their fault. Called the location several days…never answered the phone. As I was checking out the phone rang the whole time and no one answered it.
