Hampton Inn & Suites St. Augustine-Vilano Beach

Понравилось: I loved the location, is literally in front of Vilano Beach in a quiet neighborhood. There is a Publix and a couple of restaurants around where you can go walking. The Hotel is perfect for families and couples. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and attentive. The breakfast was ok but I believe it can be improved by adding more proteins and fruits. The best of all is that they are pet friendly and our dog really enjoys the stay. Overall super GOOD. I will definitely recommend it and of course, We'll repeat it.

Понравилось: Great location

Не понравилось: Beware that the room may not come as advertised! The room we booked was supposed to feature a balcony (and also a tumble dryer), but that wasn’t the case. Talked to the staff, but they just said yeah, the description on booking wasn’t always accurate. Like they had no impact on what is advertised on booking, which just sounds very false to me. Besides that, the room was smelly and the elevator was the slowest elevator ever, everybody seemed very annoyed at the waiting times.

Не понравилось: The parking,I wish was a little closer to the front and poor lighting for the other entrance and our heater leaked we had to put a towel on top to keep the water from leaking on the carpet, the shower was to small I kept having to turn my body so my elbow wouldn’t hit the sliding door

Понравилось: Easy beach access. Great view of ocean.

Не понравилось: Phone did not work. No clock. Part of the bed frame stuck out hitting our leg. Terrible mattress. TV guide didn't work.

Понравилось: Friendly staff, nice place to stay.
